Dinnertime / Naptime

A few months ago I stopped putting Jason down for naps. Normally I wait until a child is 3 years old to quit naptime, but he learned at an early age how to climb out of his crib which made naptime miserable because I usually spent an hour or so trying to get him to stay in his crib. Anyway, I gave up the nap because I figured that it was less torture having him around for a couple extra hours downstairs than me having to carry him back upstairs for an hour or two. Why do I tell you all this? Because he often crashes in the middle of the afternoon if activities aren't exciting enough. Tonight he began crashing at dinnertime. He couldn't even finish his last bite of hot dog.
Now if I could get just get my husband a job doing laughter voice overs, perhaps we could be rich!

  2. For 30 seconds I thought, gosh I wish mine crashed like that. Then the wailing and gnashing of teeth started and it was just like home. :-)
