Tonight's Dinner

Tonight we had gourmet Chef Boyardee for dinner. I dumped 2 cans of ravioli in an 8X8 baking dish and covered with mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven for 30 minutes. I served with bread and butter, canned green beans, and pistachio salad (pistachio pudding mix, crushed pineapple, cool whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.) It was great! Very balanced - meat, grain, vegetable, fruit, and milk. My counter is becoming more cleared.

Also, I baked some Betty Crocker cinnamon streusel muffins yesterday with a use by date of August 2006. They were still delicious. So just in case you have a pantry full of Betty Crocker streusel, it lasts longer than it says! Good news!

I captured Jason's first jump off the tall stool tonight.

  1. Oh dear, he's jumping now, too! :) I can just imagine a Cole version of "Ten Little Monkeys: Jumping on the Bed"...
