Can I do it?

I am about to embark on a major sewing project. This summer we will be attending a huge family reunion on my side of the family. It is the family's 100th reunion and hundreds of people are expected to attend. My family is German and my mom wanted to order my girls some Bavarian dresses to wear. They were riduculously priced and my frugalness forced me to refuse such a purchase. So I am attempting to sew 3 dresses. I'm nervous because my last attempt at sewing a dress for myself was about 12 years ago. It was a disaster and not even suitable for nightwear. So I am detemined to make this a success. I will post my progress and try not to curse during the process.

This is my inspiration.
